Chairman Secretariate Chairman is the head of this organization, deputed by the Govt. At present Mr. Sunil Chandra pal, Join Secretary of the Govt. is Chairman of it. All Divisions are controlled by the chairman. Each division is headed by a member/secretary. They are also deputed Govt. officer. But 3 divisions namely- MIS, Audit & Public Relations are directly controlled by the chairman.       1)   Audit Section:   Headed by Deputy Chief Auditor,  directly responsible to  the  Chairman.      2)   Public Relation Section:   Headed by Public Relation Officer, directly responsible  to the  Chairman.        3)   MIS (Management Information System) section:   Headed by  Senior Deputy  Chief  (Co-ordination), directly  responsible  to  the Chairman.   4)   Administration & Establishment Division:   Headed by the Secretary, directly responsible to the chairman for all actions & duties.   5)   Extension & Motivation Division: Member (Extension & Motivation) is the Chief of this Division, responsible direct to the Chairman.At present Mr. Emdadul Haque, Deputy Secretary of the Govt. is Member of this division. 6)   Finance & Planning Division: Member (Finance and Planning) is the head of the division.At present Mr. Kamal Uddin, Deputy Secretary of the Govt. is Member of this division. To assist the Chairman & Board on all financial matters of the Board. The division is controlled by two sub-divisions: 6)   Production & Marketing Division: Member(Production and Marketing) is the Chief of this Division, responsible directly to the Chairman.At present Mr. Zakir Hossain Kamal, Deputy Secretary of the Govt. is Member of this division. Under this division there are two Silk Factories i) Rajshahi Silk Factory (RSF), ii) Thakurgaon Silk Factory (TSF) and iii) Minifiliture centres.
