Administration
1) Administration &
Establishment Division:
Headed by the Secretary,
directly responsible to the chairman for all actions & duties. The Key duties
are:
·
Responsible for administration of the Head
Quarters as well as well as projects & sub-ordinate offices.
·
Look after matters relating to recruitment,
appointment, posting , transfer and preparation of gradation list and
departmental promotions;
·
Maintenance of leave records, service books,
personnel files & A.C.Rs;
·
Make overall supervision of the Board's transport
pool;
·
Responsible for convening & preparation of Board
Meetings, recording proceedings of Board meetings and its implementation.
·
Maintain liaison with Civil Administration and
conducting public relation protocol on behalf of the Board;
·
Dealing with legal matters, sign and make
all sorts of contracts / agreements on behalf of the Board.
